Jeralyn Merritt "Obama For Hill's A-G..."

I have been following, with mingled amusement, dismay and outright disgust, the downward spiral of Talk-Left, which used to be an interesting legal-issues blog, and the former Kossack Big Tent Democrat with Jeralyn tag-teaming a "Shrill For Hill" concept of sour-graping every Obama advancement through the primary.

I say "used-to-interesting legal-issues blog" because it has now become a horrifying train-wreck of bitterness, angst and outright seeming hatred for Obama. I dare not read past most post's initial comments, as it similar to reading a Free-Republic posting about...well, Hillary Clinton, in its hateful tones.

This latest post, however, strikes a particular chord of Bat-shit Craziness that I, a lurker-rather-than-poster, just cannot swallow silently, here or there.

Jeralyn thinks Obama would make a fine A-G for Hillary Clinton...

You know...the guy leading in every metric conceivable at this point in the primary race, is being graciously offered a post in Hillary's non-existant Presidency...as a consolation prize for...being in the lead?

I don't know...this lead-in seems to smack of bordering-on-racist-snark:

I think Barack Obama's greatest contribution to America would be as Attorney General in a Hillary Clinton administration.

   * He be terrific as head of its civil rights division.

Perhaps I'm reading more into than I should...but as the very first point to make about someone her candidate is inferring to be the "unelectable black candidate," it brings a metallic taste to the tongue...

But then, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Then again, wade yourself through the comments in the Obama-related postings, if you dare, and decide for yourself.

As someone who has read Talk-Left for going on three years, I grow more disgusted with each passing day and post.
